Tier II Program
Welcome to the Michigan State University Tier II Spend Reporting Tool.
All suppliers should have the opportunity to participate in the MSU procurement sourcing process, including diverse suppliers. Prime contractors are encouraged to provide opportunities for diverse businesses, including small and local businesses, and may submit performance reports detailing diverse supplier utilization to MSU. The MSU Tier II Program reinforces our commitment to diversify our supply chain and provide access to opportunities.
